Please test this...
I changed it so that the arm moves from the closest state instead of from the target state.
We may need to add some intermediate states later on, but I'm not sure.
Also, please merge into wrist-rev2 instead of master.

These new states are there so that if the Robot gets turned off/disabled, it can figure out where it was afterward, stow, and restart
