When following the instructions at https://github.com/apim-haufe-io/wicked.portal-tools/tree/wicked_1_0/development when running on Linux (confirmed on CentOS, happens on Ubuntu as well), you will encounter various issues:
cb() never called:package-lock.jsonis created slightly different (bug innpm?) on Linux than on macOS (=> deletepackage-lock.jsonand retry)Linux(=> specifyPORTAL_API=http://localhost:3001when starting kong adapter, auth and portal)LOG_LEVELis defaulting toinfoinstead ofdebug(useLOG_LEVEL=debug) and logging defaults to JSON logs, which is inconvenient. UseLOG_PLAIN=trueto get plain text logsupdate_etc_hosts.shscript uses a different way of detecting the local IP thanportal-api, and this can cause trouble if the system has multiple IPv4 addressesSee #111 for a larger discussion of this.
