Describe the reason for change

To better support continued development, all open source frontend repositories have been moved to being libraries within LabelStudio. All usages of these are going to be pointed here and CI jobs reflected to support this. This allows for a much improved workflow which alleviates having to move around repositories just to identify and make a frontend change. This not only complicates core team development, but makes the task of externally contributing very daunting. This step moves the codebase in the right direction of reduced cognitive burden, and cohesive tooling.

What libraries were added/updated?

Nearly everything is updated in some facet to support the Monorepo within LabelStudio. Versions of dependencies stay roughly the same for most, with some minor updates for compatibility with NX tooling.
