IA Big F'n DeathStar Lazor

based on spacecannon
replace bullet with a beam based on beacons
increases explosion radius
increases timeout (necessary for the bigger explosion)
requires adv_lightsabers kyber crystals
requires a lot of technic HV power

TODO

laser beam placement should be reworked
beam should fire continuously
explosion logic should use an iterator to reduce memory and lag
rail/coils can simply use spacecannon api
