What is it?

Essentially SpeedTrap is a script that watches for FailRP and people going too fast on your server. From my research, this does not exist anywhere else so I figured I’d be first. This is my first public release and I will be updating this a lot to fix all of the bugs that will be found. You can configure the speed before the warning message and the actual warning message. This also works off of ace permissions so if you would like to allow someone to go over a certain speed you can do that as well.

This is the first stable release with no known bugs. I hope you enjoy and if you find any bugs please let me know in the issues section or on Discord

This is the first initial commit of the script.

Bugs:

• "Whitelisting" does not work
• People of the jordan.gofastwatch permission don't just get one message, they get spammed in-game.
• When you die or jump out of the vehicle while going over the speed the message will stay until you get back in a car (workaround- if you die while going faster simply spawn a car then delete it).

Plans For Next Release:

• Fix both bugs
• Add togglable Discord webhook
