Current Behavior

From the Tracks screen, one can see a list of all downloaded tracks. There is a play button in the top left that adds them all to the queue and plays them. However, after the last track plays, the music loops back to the beginning of the current track.

Expected Behavior

Looking at the "repeat" icon, I can see that it is not highlighted. That means it should stop after the last track.

I can tap on it to switch to Repeat All and then again to switch to Repeat 1. Both of those seem to work. Tapping a third time takes be back to the icon unselected, which ought to stop after the last track.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download tracks
  2. Go to Tracks view
  3. Press play in top left corner
  4. Notice that the last track is repeated
  5. Pull up the song to see details and note that repeat appears to be turned off.

Operating System

Android OSP 13 (GrapheneOS)

Spotube version

3.1.1

Installation source

F-Droid (Android)

Additional information

By the way, the icon for "repeat disabled" is not clear on a mobile phone where one cannot just mouse over to get a tool tip. It looks the same as "repeat all", just in reverse colors. But how is the user to know which colors are "reversed" and which are "normal".

It would be nice if the "repeat none" icon can be more explicit. For example, showing an arrow pointing from left to right instead of a loop.
