I am moving from a Trezor to Ledger. Trezor uses m/44'/60'/0'/0 but I think this ledger app uses m/44'/60'/0'

I found LedgerHQ/ledger-wallet-ethereum-chrome#7, but I think the issue is actually in this app instead of the chrome app.

Actually I just searched this codebase and it uses m/44'/60'/0'/0. The fix must be on the other side.
