Electric Connectors must be prevented from being placed right on a RF Transformer

I sorry but this doesn't fix the issue, it just changes the default value in the config, which unless you remove the old config file it will do nothing, and even changing the conversion rate, the bug is caused by an error converting power to current, the conversion between power and RF is fine.

This issues has been fixed in a previous commit and an update will come within the next week.
