This online leave management system is developed to maintain a schematic database where the employee's leave records are well-maintained. Such a system is imposed to maintain a better work environment and nurture the needs of the employees as well as the organization.
It is an aggregation software with different login interfaces for employee, HR manager, System admin and Payroll department.
- Employee can apply for a leave and view his previous leave details
- HR manager is provided with an option to accept/cancel a leave request
- System admin manages and maintains the user information in the DB
- Payroll department has access to the leave reports of each of the employees to process the payroll
