[FEA] Qualification tool: Update parsers to check supporting functions for each Exec

This is follow on issue based on the comment NVIDIA/spark-rapids#6042 (comment) . Currently we parse the expressions from the Exec and then check if those expressions are supported in GPU. We don't check if that particular Exec supports that expression. Example : disinct with Filter is not supported on GPU yet.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to investigate each Exec and update the parsers for the functions which are not supported.
