One Frame Link Video Frame Grabber

Chrome plugin that captures the current frame from a <video> element in a page (including those loaded in <iframe> elements).

Purpose

This extension is used by One Frame Link to aid in the transcription of video into structured data.

While the extension cannot be used in other sites, it does show how video frames can be accessed from code.
