Minor improvements to people cards style

These edits improve the cards content display and readability:

• Add an additional space between the profile picture and the name
• Change bio font size from 65% to 70% as it was too small even on large resolutions
• Add padding to the card content so that the bio text is centered and has some white space on the sides
