Navbar scrolling: fix missing logo

Description

Orange logo was missing in the scrolling example.

Motivation & Context

• Empty link was bad for accessibility
• As mentionned by @isabellechanclou in Apply visible focus design guidelines in all components #1437, there was a focus visible on this empty link.
