The Accommodation and Tour Organizing Desktop App is a comprehensive solution for managing accommodations and organizing tours. It features a user-friendly interface designed with usability in mind, especially for elderly users with weakened eyesight. The application aims to provide intuitive interactions and easy navigation for individuals with limited computer literacy. Features

  • High Contrast Mode: Supports high contrast mode for better visibility and readability.
  • Simple Navigation: Intuitive navigation flow with clear labeling to facilitate ease of use.
  • Keyboard Shortcuts: Includes keyboard shortcuts for common actions to accommodate users who prefer keyboard navigation over mouse interaction.
  • Customizable Settings: Allows users to customize font size, contrast settings, and other preferences to suit their individual needs.

Project Structure

  • Backend Development: I was responsible for developing the backend functionality of the application, with a focus on tour guide and all of his functionalities.
