Basic game functionality

At this point in history all the basic features are implemented, allowing many simpler Arduboy games to compile and run properly.
Some games can compile and run but are left without the ability to save.

It Compiles!

At this point everything compiles in a Pokitto environment and no longer compiles for AVR.

Reorganised Arduboy2

At this point the Arduboy2 code has only been reformatted and reorganised.
It still compiles and runs for AVR without any problems.
