Summary

/var/lib/rancher/k3s/agent/pod-manifests is a special directory for deploying static pods.

See this PR for more information k3s-io/k3s#1691

Would be cool to have this work like k3s_server_manifests_templates, perhaps k3s_server_pod_manifests_templates?
