LiftGuard has been thought of as a tool to correct your gestures when doing powerlifting or body-building. The objectives are to:
- 💪 Optimize muscle activation
- 🤕 Prevent injuries
- 🚀 Rocket your progress
LiftGuard is a mix of 2 main technologies:
Flutter for the mobile app part and 
Firebase for the backend part.
Python 3 and 
TensorFlow for the machine learning part.
