Closes #136
theme_2dii() gains the arguments that are common to other
ggplot2 themes, which generally control the main aspects
of a plot. I aimed to leave the resulting theme as close
as possible to the original but this may not be exactly
true, so @MonikaFu please check. Notice that the
base_size is now used to compute finer grained sized in
relation to the base_size (before it was in absolute
terms).
