* rocfft-test: compute LinfL2diff and LinfL2norm in parallel, to save some wall time * rocfft-test: avoid unnecessary std::all_of in increment_*major if exiting early * rocfft-test: pass vectors by reference to avoid unnecessary copies * rocfft-test: avoid computing odx if idx would be the same * rocfft-test: compute base offset of index without multiplication
