Getting ready-to-install versions

The official distribution channels are:

• ”stable“: addons.mozilla.org for Firefox
• ”stable“: addons.thunderbird.net for SeaMonkey and PaleMoon (and Firefox versions prior to v57)
• ”nightly“: unlisted (a.k.a. «off-AMO») direct download for any supported browser
