Non-debian Linux users will have to manually fix the gdb path to arm-none-eabi-gdb from gdb-multiarch on a project by project basis

This should be basically the final version for Linux users. For Windows people it's still using the CodeLite installations of gcc, make and gdb. (meaning that the readme is wrong explains what you should do when it's done, but not yet)

.vsix is a VSC extension file.
And hardware-com-linux/windows is the md407_win_rs program from the readme. It's not needed if you're using the extension
