Fully working PID with WWW-Interface, MQTT missing

First working pre-release with full PID controller based on Gaggia CC measurements. Includes a simulation-mode for testing, a web-interface for configuration and monitoring and also features an automatic PID-tuning-loop.
Still to be integrated: MQTT-connection
