This pull request changes the compat entry for the Turing package from 0.12, 0.13, 0.14, 0.15, 0.16 to 0.12, 0.13, 0.14, 0.15, 0.16, 0.17.

This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry. It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

@devmotion something seems to have increased the run time by quite a lot such that the CI's not able to finish since Turing >=v0.16.6 do you happen to know what could be the reason?

Might be JuliaStats/Distributions.jl#1362, I know that it caused test time regressions in Turing since deprecation warnings are enabled at test time. However, since they are disabled by default if you use julia, it shouldn't be an issue for users.

It was an issue here as well, probably since we load Distributions separately, anyway it got handled since I found the discussion in Turing. Thanks for the follow up!
