This is a test bot for getting weather by location or a picture of a cat.

Using the Bot:

1. Start the Bot: Send the "/start" command in the chat with the bot.
2. Display Menu: Type "menu".
3. Get Weather: Select "Find out the weather" and share your location to get the current weather.
4. Get Cat Picture: Select "Get the cat".
