Version 1.3.2 for Minecraft 1.19.3

Fixed two game-breaking bugs:

  • Crashing when eating foods that are placed in-world (like cakes)
  • Food effects weren't handed through the event system correctly, because I'm stupid.
That meant that no food effects would be applied, that were added using the Vanilla way.

Updated to Polymer 0.3.13, now required as minimum supported version
