What's the difference between Freecord and Fosscord?

is fosscord a rebrand of freecord?
what is freecord? I'm not able to find any information about it...

Freecord is one of the Fosscord instances that somehow has still working a website version of the app. There's no much information about it through. But I may work on creating a local pages for other instances and use their supported API in the future.

Literally there isn't any info about this instance. At least SearXNG instance does have a github repo.
On my eyes it looks like a Phishing site... Just saying.

It was added through to the list of instances. I've also saw some people chatting...
As for myself, I don't use it. I've lost access to the account and Fosscord does not have yet implemented an integration with (or maybe entire) email service to send be a recovery email.

That is true for official SearXNG instance. Others may or may not provide their own GitHub repo, but that also usually depends whenever it is a fork or vanilla instance.

Some recently found information:
• Related PR: https://github.com/fosscord/fosscord-community-instances/pull/32 (renames this instance to Freecord and confirms who the owner is).
• Owner: @ImAaronFR (at least according to this comment).

EDIT: At first I thought it may not be the best idea to mention the owner using GitHub syntax, but I guess it would come to this eventually – the owner might provide more information on this thread.
