Description

  • Adds the "Usage and Reports" component.
  • Builds and styles the overall statistics dashboard layout.

Motivation and Context

Redesign the library dashboard.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Manually tested via webpack dev-server against dev and staging servers.
  • All tests pass locally.
  • CI tests pass.
