本项目利用深度学习（卷积神经网络）设计了一个基于深度学习的车牌检测识别系统，非常适合作为本科毕业论文的研究课题。该系统提供两种检测方式：一种是对上传的图片进行车牌检测识别，另一种是通过视频流自动识别车牌和车牌信息。只需提供包含车牌的图片（无论位置或角度如何），系统即可标记图片中的车牌位置并输出车牌号码。如果你有摄像头，可以通过训练好的模型调用摄像头进行动态车牌监测，或者将.mp4格式的视频…
利用c++/opencv写的车牌识别项目，车牌范围识别成功率在80左右，提取车牌号码成功率较低，因为使用了模板匹配，效果不是太好。总体思路：通过分离hsv三通道图像，提取出蓝色区域，再经过图像学处理，得到车牌所在位置。此外，经过实验发现，车牌识别成功率跟图像闭运算的次数有很大关系，因此算法中加入了对闭运算次数的控制，来提高成功率。
