谢谢指出问题！刚看了下原文：

A person’s LIVES_IN edge may point at any kind of location: a street, a city, a district, a region, a state, etc. A city may be WITHIN a region, a region WITHIN a state, a state WITHIN a country, etc.

district/region中文似乎不太好区分，我觉得可以接受修改后的译文，不影响理解。
