Feature Request: Create a screen to display the blocked contacts

Description

This feature will add a new screen to the app to display the list of blocked contacts. The screen will provide users with the ability to view and manage their blocked contacts.

Requirements

1. Blocked Contacts Screen

• Implement a new screen titled "Blocked Contacts" accessible from the app's navigation.

2. Display Blocked Contacts

• Fetch the list of blocked contacts from the database.
• Display the list of blocked contacts with their profile pictures, usernames, and any additional relevant information.

3. Unblock Contacts

• Provide an option to unblock contacts directly from the screen.

• The screen should have a title "Blocked Contacts" displayed in the app bar.
• Display the list of blocked contacts in a scrollable list view.
• Each blocked contact should be represented by their profile picture, username, and any additional relevant information.
• Include an option to unblock contacts, such as a button or icon, next to each blocked contact.
