Current Files

• wc24recv.ksy: WiiConnect24 Mail Receive List. Contains metadata for messages to save to the console.
• wc24send.ksy: WiiConnect24 Mail Send List. Contains metadata for messages to send to the mail server.
• evc_save.ksy: Kaitai for the Everybody Votes Channel savefile (VotesCh.dat).
• tv_header.ksy: Terebi no Tomo header.bin file. Contains data for channels and locations
