require() of ES Module /home/yuzheng14/code/vue/test/.commitlintrc.js from /home/yuzheng14/code/vue/test/node_modules/cz-git/lib/index.js not supported.
.commitlintrc.js is treated as an ES module file as it is a .js file whose nearest parent package.json contains "type": "module" which declares all .js files in that package scope as ES modules.
Instead rename .commitlintrc.js to end in .cjs, change the requiring code to use dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules, or change "type": "module" to "type": "commonjs" in /home/yuzheng14/code/vue/test/package.json to treat all .js files as CommonJS (using .mjs for all ES modules instead).

看了下源码似乎是使用的 require() 进行导入，但是文档里模板给的是 .commitlintrc.js，这样不是压根没法用吗？

文档里面还有 .commitlintrc.cjs 和 commitlint.config.cjs 可以试试

原来如此，我在 commitlint 官方文档里没有搜到 .commitlintrc.cjs 这种格式还以为不支持
