Generates shell extension dll for x86, x64 and arm64 windows
Allows extending the Windows 11 context menu once published as a
sparse package. This repository is only responsible for creating
the shell extensions and unsigned sparse package, microsoft/vscode is responsible
for code signing and installing it through Inno.
