When running out/Release/Brackets in a development environment on Linux, the shell will prompt to choose an index.html location as we do on mac and win. However, on linux, the shell shows the following error:
Failed to load URL data:text/html,chromewebdata with error (-3).
This only applies to a dev env or a developer holding down the shift key at startup. This does not occur for installed builds that point to www or have a dev symlink to the brackets repo.
