[iguana]fix and update

[qicosmos]

Why

Fix:

• struct_json parse double to int
• struct_xml parse comments.

Features:

• struct_xml support escape and unescape.
• struct_json support std::variant
• struct_json support custom serialize float/double
• Add version.hpp for iguana
