Related to this enhancement, it would be nice to also include a visualization of dada2 filtering stats in the report:

qiime metadata tabulate \
  --m-input-file 02-output-dada2-pe-unfiltered/00-table-repseqs/dada2_stats.qza \
  --o-visualization 02-output-dada2-pe-unfiltered/00-table-repseqs/stats-dada2.qzv
