Bitnami cleaned up their upstream index.yaml in bitnami/charts#10530 which makes old charts unresolvable. Fixes #426

What this PR does / why we need it:
Bitnami cleaned up their upstream index.yaml in bitnami/charts#10530 which makes old charts unresolvable.
This is a mid-term fix allowing us to release new chart versions until we have updated and tested all Bitnami chart dependencies.
