Currently if a vehicle is turned on when a PWM throttle signal is being pulsed, the vehicle calibrates this as zero. This way when the PWM throttle value goes to 0 the car will go in reverse.

The demo script should show how the vehicle should be initialized to ensure that it's calibrated.
