For virt-viewer in RHEL6, there's dependency on spice-gtk version 0.28 which is not what RHEL6 comes with. Hence, we build spice-gtk from upstream 0.28 tarball on RHEL6 before building virt-viewer from upstream. build_install.py: add tarball support for spice-gtk rv_build_install.py: build spice-gtk before building virt-viewer Reviewed By: Swapna Krishnan <skrishna@redhat.com>
