Description of changes:
Added "DependsOn" attribute to AWS::Lex::BotVersion resources - used to limit concurrency of BotVersion. This technique was already used for AWS::Lex::Bot resources, but was insufficient defence to avoid intermittent "internal Service" errors for BotVersion resources (in Examples Stack)
