Setting axelar-local-dev repo as dependency in package.json pointing directly to git won't work fully when using yarn. A bug in yarn will cause the dependency installation to not create all the files that should go into dist directory. The workaround according to the github discussion is to create a .npmignore file. See yarnpkg/yarn#5235 (comment)
