Version 0.1.8

This is a very minor release. It's just tested and verified to work well with Elixir 0.17, OT/27 and Kubo 0.30 as well as having it's dependencies updated. It's just been so stable, that a new version hasn't been required. But it feels new and it shines like a tie that floats in the water of a fountain in an italian city at night :-)
