Changes in the kernel ("media") API appears to have broken this driver, and some more, see this thread at Raspie forum.

Created version compatible with the current "media" files. Resolves #8.

The "old" version compiles and works with the current official Raspian (with kernel 4.9).

Fixed by above commit. Note: branch media.
