📔 Objective

Remove slideIn animation as it doesn't support the "show animations" setting and adding a close animation is going to require a non-trivial solution. Dialog animations will be handled in https://bitwarden.atlassian.net/browse/PM-13766

• The default dialog animation is now used (very subtle) until https://bitwarden.atlassian.net/browse/PM-13766 is complete
