• Fix backwards decoding of STEP+DIRECTION to STEP_IN/STEP_OUT
• Change tssop-14 quad-nand for a smaller 6-pin sot-363 LVC1G19 for better pcb layout.
  Fewer traces, more ground plane, and the smaller footprint makes room to split the 2x6 pin header into 2 seperate 3-pin headers to make it impossible to install the jumpers the wrong way.
