This updates the default endpoint for all
braingeneerspyoperations to s3.braingeneers.gi.ucsc.edu. This new endpoint is a CNAME pointing to portal.nrp-nautlus.io and the https certs for it are managed by the NRP (see Dima or David Parks, details on wiki Admin page).
