Running brainome tutorials within Google Colab

  1. Open google colab at https://colab.research.google.com/notebooks/intro.ipynb
  2. Select File | Open notebook
  3. Select GitHub tab
  4. Enter 'brainome' in the search bar
  5. Select 'brainome/tutorials' repository
  6. Select jupyter_notebooks/brainome_101_Quick_Start.ipynb
  7. Select the 'open in new tab' widget
