[Widget] FTX shows connected view of summary without authentication when no network available

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile on 1.26.64
2. Disconnect network after browser launch
3. Open NTP and click on FTX widget
4. Shows connected state
5. Click on Convert/Summary tab, shows zero balance message
6. Reconnect to network and reload NTP
7. Widget shows initialized non-connected view

Actual result:

Expected result:

Should not show connected view when there is no authentication done.
