Describe the issue you encountered:
Unable to change minimum visits in ledger advance settings

Expected behavior:
Should allow to change the minimum visits in advance settings

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Ubuntu 16.04

  • Brave Version:
    0.12.9 RC1

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Do a clean install of 0.12.9 RC1
    2. Launch browser from console
    3. Try changing the minimum visits, console shows error

  • Screenshot if needed:
    ledger_error

  • Any related issues:

Setting milestone 0.12.10 @alexwykoff also reported this on Mac.
