On the page https://cdk8s.io/docs/latest/reference/ there is a link with the text cdk8s going to https://cdk8s.io/cdk8s/typescript.md . The link doesn't work. The same is true for this link for the other programming languages.

fix(website): links to cdk8s-core api references are broken (#1986)

They were using absolute paths instead of relative. 

Fixes #1958
